After graduating from DP Todd Secondary School in 2015, Jonathan enrolled at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC). While at UNBC, he spent a semester studying psychology in Australia as an international exchange student.
In 2018, Jonathan returned home to Prince George with a newfound passion for real estate. In the summer of 2019, he worked as a temporary Property Information Collector for the residential Inventory/Sales team at BC Assessment.
Jonathan began working as a researcher at GCH Appraisals in 2020 under the guidance of Sean Cranston and Keenan Hopson. In 2021, he graduated from UNBC with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Shortly after graduating, Jonathan was accepted into the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) as a Candidate Member. He is a member in good standing and is furthering his appraisal education through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Jonathan is working towards an AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) designation with the AIC.
Jonathan enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, fishing, and hiking. During winter, Jonathan can be found snowboarding at Powder King or ice fishing around Prince George.
